Our continuing education courses are offered throughout the Triad in Winston Salem, Greensboro, and High Point, as well as online via Zoom and through our Self-Paced Portal. Please note the location of the class for which you are registering.
You may complete your 8-hour requirement in one day by taking the General Update in the morning and the Elective in the afternoon. Or, you can split up the requirement into two days as your schedule allows.
Our General Update and BICUP courses meet the NCREC’s CE requirement for licensed agents and BICs. We also offer a number of thought-provoking electives, including an Ethics course that satisfies the NAR requirement as well as the CE Elective requirement. Each Update and Elective course carries 4 hours of CE credit.
As per the NCREC, 4 elective credit hours may be carried forward to the next license period if no portion of the credit hours for the course were applied toward the CE requirement for the current license period.
Students must attend 90% of a CE course and comply with student participation standards in order to receive credit for the course.
Therefore, if a student is more than 20 minutes late, he/she will not be permitted to take the course.
Registration is open from the time a class is posted until 24 hours before the start of the class, depending on availability. If a class is full, it will be removed from our website.
