Suprena Fay
Suprena Fay has two masters degrees in accounting & business administration. Her professional real estate career began in 2016 at Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors® and she still hangs her active license at Coldwell Banker Advantage. Suprena is Advantage School of Real Estate's preferred private tutor for real estate students. Her true passion is in teaching and mentoring. She takes great pleasure in helping her students grasp real estate’s complex concepts.

Jim Walker
Jim Walker has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1975. With extensive knowledge in land and new construction, and with a multi-million-dollar production business, Jim has earned multiple honors including the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle Award and REALTOR® Emeritus Status. He has also been a Broker-In-Charge/Manager three times in his career. Holding such a wide range of experience, Jim has a unique understanding of the industry which he loves to pass on to his students. He has been a certified licensed instructor teaching Prelicensing, Postlicensing and Continuing Education since the 1990’s.

Calvin Cox
Calvin has been a consistent multi-million-dollar producer for over 10 years. He has received the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle Award and is a repeat recipient of the Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors® Monthly Outstanding Performance Award. Calvin has been licensed in Real Estate since 1991, and a licensed instructor for over 15 years teaching Prelicensing, Postlicensing and Continuing Education. His experience includes residential and commercial real estate. Calvin is a proud military veteran and was a past recipient of the Who’s Who in American Junior Colleges, as well as the Outstanding Young Men in America.

Marilyn Bostick
Marilyn obtained her first real estate license in Southern California in 1989, where she also earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at CSUF. After working as a construction and property management software trainer for six years, and as a forensic economist for over 20 years, she moved to North Carolina six years ago and was excited to return to a full-time career in real estate. Marilyn is a Cartus Certified agent and loves working with relocation clients and introducing them to North Carolina. She is an NCREC-certified real estate instructor.
Postlicensing & Continuing Education Instructor
jim stotler
Jim has been involved in teaching and research in finance, investments and real estate at North Carolina Central University for over 25 years and is certified by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to teach pre-licensing, post-licensing and continuing education courses in North Carolina. He has an MBA and a Ph.D. in Finance as well as the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation and enjoys teaching and working with investors.

Valerie Fricault
Valerie has held a real estate license for 19 years and has been a licensed instructor for 10 years. She has worked extensively with residential relocation customers, specializing in presenting Broker Market Analyses. Having completed a master's degree at UNCG, Valerie loves explaining complex principles in a fun manner.
Continuing Education Instructor
KRISTY HARDY
Kristy has built a reputation on meeting the needs of her clients and placing their goals at the head of every transaction. She provides market expertise, personal attention, and counseling on all aspects of the transaction.
Kristy is an approved Real Estate Instructor through the NCREC, and a member of the NCREEA, NCRA, and NAR.
Kristy is originally from the Greensboro area where she enjoyed careers as a Corporate Compliance Officer at Wake Forest Health Sciences and a High School ESL Teacher at High Point Central High School. After obtaining her real estate license she moved to the Wilmington, NC area. Today she shares her time between the Coast and the Triad.

Janice Irwin
Janice has a master's degree in education; besides school administration she also has past experience as a real estate agent and a market research analyst. Her history with the school goes back a long way; she took Prelicensing from Gam Bates at Triad Real Estate School in 2007!
