Meet Our New Instructors!

Advantage School of Real Estate is growing! We've added new classes, on-demand courses, and some fantastic new instructors. If you've been in our Postlicensing and CE classes lately, you may have already met some of them! In alphabetical order, please welcome:

Tarron Coalson

Whether it’s guiding a client through their first home purchase or helping a prospective student gain the knowledge to become a new real estate broker, Tarron has the heart of a teacher! Tarron has been a licensed real estate broker since February of 2006 and is an approved Real Estate Instructor through the NCREC. He is also a member of the NCREEA, NCRA, and NAR. Tarron has served on two occasions as a Broker in Charge and remains BIC Eligible.

Tarron has been an active member of the community, having previously served on the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee for the Village of Clemmons. Tarron has also been awarded the Strong Award from the Jerry Long Family YMCA for his work in their youth sports program. Additionally, he and his wife Michele operate the Triad Martial Arts & Wrestling Academy in Lewisville, NC, where they have trained National Champions. Tarron has served as the choir leader at Grapevine Baptist Church in Lewisville, NC for the past 21 years.

Valerie Fricault

Valerie Fricault has held a real estate license for 19 years and has been a licensed instructor for 10 years. She has worked extensively with residential relocation customers, specializing in presenting Broker Market Analyses. Having completed a master’s degree at UNCG, Valerie loves explaining complex principles in a fun manner.

Kristy Hardy

Kristy Hardy has built a reputation on meeting the needs of her clients and placing their goals at the head of every transaction. Her commitment to excellence shows in her attention to detail. She provides market expertise, personal attention, and counseling on all aspects of the transaction.

Kristy is an approved Real Estate Instructor through the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, and a member of the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association, North Carolina Realtors Association, and National Association of Realtors.

Kristy is originally from the Greensboro, NC area where she enjoyed careers as a corporate compliance officer at Wake Forest Health Sciences and a high school ESL teacher at High Point Central High School. After obtaining her real estate license she moved to the Wilmington, NC area. Today she is successfully sharing her time between the Coast and the Triad.

Jim Stotler

Jim has been involved in teaching and research in finance, investments and real estate at North Carolina Central University for over 25 years, and is certified by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to teach pre-licensing, post-licensing and continuing education courses in North Carolina. He has an MBA and a Ph.D. in Finance as well as the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation and enjoys teaching and working with investors.
